Ingredients:
4 Medium sized potatoes, peeled, sliced, and halved
4 Carrots, peeled and sliced
1/2 Cup Chicken broth or Chicken Bouillon
1 Stick of butter
3 Teaspoons Parsley
2 Teaspoons Dried Onion Flakes or Powder
3 Tablespoons cooking oil or olive oil
Directions:
Heat up oil in frypan over medium heat
Add the potato and carrot slices
Fry for about 7 minutes; do not over mix
Add butter and broth
Add onion flakes
Simmer for about 5 minutes
Sprinkle Parsely over mixture and reduce heat to low
Add seasonings as desired; I suggest salt, pepper, and a bit of
Garlic Powder.
